Romana Lilic joined the team of Capella Ixtapa Hotel & Resort in order to help with their social media marketing and email marketing needs.
On the basis of Capella Ixtapa’s general (communications) strategy we set up the goals and selected the tools to be used in Capella Ixtapa’s communication and engagement with their guests, fans, travel agents, employees, and other supporters.

Besides social media marketing, LA76 Strategic Design is helping Capella Ixtapa Hotel & Resort to facilitate communications between Capella Ixtapa’s Sales Managers and their Travel Agents. LA76 has designed an email template for the hotel and is creating monthly emails with special offers, new packages, and other news, destined for communication with their partners and travel agents.
LA76 Strategic Design manages social media marketing and email marketing for Capella Ixtapa and provides ROI for implemented activities.
