Almost two weeks have past since Hurricane Odile hit Los Cabos, and yesterday, while walking my dog, I’ve been catching up on my podcasts.  One of my all time favorite podcasts is Michael Hyatt’s podcast “This is your life”.  I was listening to the episode Why Doing Less is The Best Way to Do More, where Michael and Michelle review Greg McKeown’s new book, Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less.  While I loved the podcast and I put the book on my ‘to read’ list, this quote was for me one of the most important messages:

Success can distract us from focusing on the essential things that produce success in the first place.

– Greg McKeown
